1. Scroll to the bottom of the homepage on your website.
  2. Click 'Admin Login' or 'Login'
  3. Click 'Register as a new user'
  4. Fill out the Registration form
    1. Phone number: needs to be a number that can receive TEXT MESSAGES to receive an OTP (One Time Password) a little later in the registration process.
    2. Email: preferably use one that is used for work purposes.
    3. Click 'Register.'
  5. This notification will appear. In another tab, go to your work email (or the one you just used to register).
  6. Look for an email with the subject line, 'Confirm Your Account.' Once selected, it will look like the example below. Please click on the link to verify your email address.
    1. NOTEIf you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder first. If it's still not there, then please contact Savvy Dealer and we can resend the email.
    2. Link is only good for 24 hours or you MUST register again. 
  7. Then you'll see this notification. Please click 'Login'
  8. Fill in the Email and Password used in the registration process above.
    • NOTE: By clicking the box for 'Remember me?' it means, the username and password will automatically log in when you go to the login page.
    • Click 'Log in.' 
  9. This screen will pop up
    NOTE: If you put in a number that cannot receive text messages, contact Savvy Dealer, and we can change the phone number. Once changed, log in again to receive code.
    1. Enter Code
    2. Check the box, if wanted. (It will NOT require the OTP from the device in the future)
    3. Click 'Validate OTP'
  10. Inform Admin (or Savvy Dealer) for them to go in and change your user role.
    NOTE FOR ADMIN: Please go HERE for help with updating a user's role.





Possible Error Messages and What To Do: 


  1. Error: Your email address has not been confirmed yet.
    To do: Please check your email and possibly spam folder and click the confirmation link to continue.

    PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CONFIRMATION LINK IS ONLY GOOD FOR 24 HOURS. If it has been more than 24 hours, you will need to register again.
  2. Error: Invalid username or password
    To do: 
    • Make sure it's the same username and password you used when you registered. If you have forgotten your password, the account must be deleted and you will need to start the registration process again. Contact your Admin or Savvy Dealer to delete the account before starting again. 
    • If you did not confirm your email within 24 hours of the initial registration process, the info will be invalid, and you will need to register again.
  3. Error: Unauthorized
    To do: 
    • Log out and back in to make sure you have most recent credentials.
    • If you still cannot access, then contact Site Admin to elevate your access level.
    • If you are Site Admin, please contact Savvy Dealer for assistance.
