Adding these departments (Service and/or Parts) allows email leads to route to the respective place rather than all in one place (typically Sales).
- Log in as Admin
- Click on My Dashboard (formerly Admin Dashboard)
- Go to Website Config (Under Site Configuration)
- (Under Configuration Tab) Go to 'Show Departments in Contact Us'
- Check the relevant boxes
- Contact Us email leads are linked to the ones in 'Email Notification Settings.'
- If you are unable to edit the Email Notification Settings, please reach out to Savvy Dealer with email addresses where these other leads need to be routed to.
- Click 'Save.'
