Adding these departments (Service and/or Parts) allows email leads to route to the respective place rather than all in one place (typically Sales).

  1. Log in as Admin
  2. Click on My Dashboard (formerly Admin Dashboard)
  3. Go to Website Config (Under Site Configuration)
  4. (Under Configuration Tab) Go to 'Show Departments in Contact Us'
  5. Check the relevant boxes
    1. Contact Us email leads are linked to the ones in 'Email Notification Settings.'
    2. If you are unable to edit the Email Notification Settings, please reach out to Savvy Dealer with email addresses where these other leads need to be routed to.
  6. Click 'Save.'
