If an issue has been corrected and you are not seeing it correctly on the website, then what you are seeing is likely a caching issue. 


Please try these steps below to see if it corrects the problem.

  1. Try refreshing the page using CTRL + F5. If that doesn't work, proceed to step 2.

  2. Press F12 and then click and hold on the refresh symbol in the upper left corner and then click 'Empty cache and hard refresh.' If that doesn't work, proceed to step 3.

  3. Try opening the site in another browser or in an incognito/inPrivate window and see if you are still having the issue in those windows. If you are still seeing the issue in these other windows, please let us know. We are happy to help you with further troubleshooting.
