Update/Refresh Inventory, follow step-by-step guide below.


  1. Log in to your website
    NOTE: In order to complete the next steps, you will need to be logged in.
  2. Go to the "Hi <yourname>!" menu on the far right, Click 'My Dashboard (formerly Admin Dashboard)'
  3. Under Manage Dashboards & Settings
    1. Hover over 'Dashboard Menu'
    2. Click 'Inventory Management Dashboard' 
  4. Select 'Update Inventory'
    1. This automatically queues the request.
    2. Occasionally refresh the page (CTRL + F5) to wait for the 'End Time' to show up 
  5. Once End Time has been completed, any previous changes made should be updated.
    1. If another window/tab was open where changes were being made, you will need to Refresh (CRTL + F5) the page to see the changes.
    2. If you are looking to update images, you will need to wait for the End Time of the WS for Image Processing before changes to update. See the previous step, if applicable.
