1. Log into Meta Business Suite

  2. Select client on right hand side 

  1. Go to Inbox, then Automations (get to automations by clicking on the icon in the upper right that looks like an atom) 


  1. Once in automations, go down to “Custom automation - Block spam” and click Edit


  1. Scroll down until you see “ + Add condition”, and click. Click on the pencil to the right after a new line appears. Click on the drop down under condition and select ‘Keywords’. Then type in the text that you need to be blocked and hit enter. 




  1. Once keyword is added, click save changes in the bottom right corner.
